- Concrete Project Manager/Superintendent
- Operators; specifically paver, motor grader, and roller
- Laborers; asphalt, earthwork, and concrete
- Superintendent – experienced in reconstruction and new construction of roadways
- Foreman – Earthwork, patching, and paving
